At made + more we pride ourselves on hand selecting our premium range of products to ensure the greatest level of quality. It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope that you are always thrilled with your purchase.
Australia – Calculated at checkout according to destination, weight and dimensions. We endeavour to always keep postage at market rate and will use Australia Post and courier services depending on weight and destination.
International – Calculated at checkout according to destination, weight and dimensions

Our Portuguese Stoneware are wabisabi in their nature. Each piece is unique in terms of form and finish. Please keep in mind that while website images are good representations of our products, variations are common as a result of their unique nature - as demonstrated in photo below.
Oven and dishwasher safe. Please Note: with any ceramic, the pieces are delicate and need extra TLC. Any extreme changes in temperature will result in destroyed pieces.
IE> putting a dish straight from the fridge into the oven, or straight from the oven into a sink to wash, all of these variables will sadly ‘shock’ the piece and it will most likely crack resulting in sharp edges.
While we don’t offer refunds for “change of mind” we will happily refund any items that are considered damaged or faulty. In the event that items are faulty, please contact our customer service team within three business days to organize a replacement or refund.

For quality assurance each order has been carefully wrapped and documented prior to shipment. Please inspect packages and items upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged.
